Recently a friend smoked some chicken fo us after enjoying it for a meal I decided to make some chicken salad with the rest of it. Oh my I may never fix chicken salad again with just ordinary chicken.

- 1 - smoked chicken
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- - salt and pepper-to taste
- 1 cup mayonnaise - or to your personal preference
