How to Make Simple Chicken Curry Salad/Spread

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix everything, (I don't like the raisins but that is how we made it at work.) Either use as a sandwich spread or to top a green salad. If I am making a sandwich I like to add some spinach or salad greens.
