Ingredients For savory chicken salad
chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
Underwood 'Red Devil' Chicken spread
Red, seedless grapes chopped
celery chopped small
chopped sweet red onion
salt & pepper to taste
How To Make savory chicken salad
Place chicken breasts in a 2-quart pan, cover with water and boil until done. Remove from heat and let cool. Once cool chop into small chunks.
In a large bowl, add chopped chicken breasts, both cans of Chicken spread, grapes, celery, onion and walnuts
Add mayonnaise [4 to 6] tablespoons until desired 'spread-ability' is reached [salad will be chunky]. Add salt & pepper to taste.
Cover bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or on favorite bread.
