Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 2 cans Underwood 'Red Devil' Chicken spread
- 1/2 cup chopped Walnuts
- 4-6 tablespoons mayonnaise, light
- 1/2 cup Red, seedless grapes chopped
- 2 stalks - celery chopped small
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet red onion
- dash salt & pepper to taste
How To Make savory chicken salad

Step 1Place chicken breasts in a 2-quart pan, cover with water and boil until done. Remove from heat and let cool. Once cool chop into small chunks.

Step 2In a large bowl, add chopped chicken breasts, both cans of Chicken spread, grapes, celery, onion and walnuts

Step 3Add mayonnaise [4 to 6] tablespoons until desired 'spread-ability' is reached [salad will be chunky]. Add salt & pepper to taste.

Step 4Cover bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or on favorite bread.
