Ingredients
- - one pound loaf white bread, unsliced, crust removed
- - butter, softened
- - chicken salad
- - egg salad
- - 1 8oz. cream cheese, slightly softened
- - cream, for thinning
- - paprika
- - parsley, finely chopped
How To Make ribbon sandwich

Step 1Slice loaf lengthwise into three equal slices. Butter tops of all slices.

Step 2Spread finely minced chicken salad on first slice. Spread egg salad on second slice. Stack on the first bread slice.

Step 3Turn third slice buttered side down; place on egg salad layer.

Step 4Thin cream cheese with cream to spreading consistancy. Cover entire loaf with cream cheese.

Step 5Sprinkle very lightly with paprika for color; garnish with parsley.

Step 6Refrigerate until time to serve.
