This salad is my number one best. I could eat this every day. That's a good thing because it doesn't keep to well. So Eat Up and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cabbage, chinese cabbage or iceburg lettuce, chopped
  • 4 - green onions chopped
  • 3 packages chicken ramen noodles, uncooked and broken up
  • 3 - cooked chicken breasts cut up
  • - toasted almonds to garnish
  • SALAD:
  • DRESSING:
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 - ramen noodle flavor packets
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

How To Make ramen chicken salad

  • Step 1
    Dressing: Blend all dressing ingredients together in blender
  • Step 2
    Salad: Combine all ingredients, toss with dressing, top with almonds
  • Step 3
    If you like your noodles a little softer, toss noodles, chicken and half of the dressing together and let rest for a few hours. Add the salad and the remaining dressing just before serving. Enjoy!
