This salad is my number one best. I could eat this every day. That's a good thing because it doesn't keep to well. So Eat Up and enjoy!

Ingredients For ramen chicken salad

  • 1 lg
    head of cabbage, chinese cabbage or iceburg lettuce, chopped
  • 4
    green onions chopped
  • 3 pkg
    chicken ramen noodles, uncooked and broken up
  • 3
    cooked chicken breasts cut up
  • toasted almonds to garnish
  • SALAD:
  • DRESSING:
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    rice vinegar
  • 3/4 c
    canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 2
    ramen noodle flavor packets
  • 1 tsp
    pepper

How To Make ramen chicken salad

  • 1
    Dressing: Blend all dressing ingredients together in blender
  • 2
    Salad: Combine all ingredients, toss with dressing, top with almonds
  • 3
    If you like your noodles a little softer, toss noodles, chicken and half of the dressing together and let rest for a few hours. Add the salad and the remaining dressing just before serving. Enjoy!
