Ingredients
- 1 large head of cabbage, chinese cabbage or iceburg lettuce, chopped
- 4 - green onions chopped
- 3 packages chicken ramen noodles, uncooked and broken up
- 3 - cooked chicken breasts cut up
- - toasted almonds to garnish
- SALAD:
- DRESSING:
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 - ramen noodle flavor packets
- 1 teaspoon pepper
How To Make ramen chicken salad

Step 1Dressing: Blend all dressing ingredients together in blender

Step 2Salad: Combine all ingredients, toss with dressing, top with almonds

Step 3If you like your noodles a little softer, toss noodles, chicken and half of the dressing together and let rest for a few hours. Add the salad and the remaining dressing just before serving. Enjoy!
