This is a rendition of my mother's chicken salad,I made some additions and include using rotissere chicken.really flavorfull,but easy.

Ingredients

  • ·
    1 rotissere chicken or turkey breast/cut into chunks,skin and bones removed.
  • ·
    4-6 stalks celery/chopped
  • ·
    6-8 radishes/sliced(optional)
  • ·
    1 tbsp. onion powder
  • ·
    1 cup sour cream
  • ·
    2 cups hellman's mayonase
  • ·
    fresh ground pepper & salt to taste
  • ·
    1 tsp mustard powder

How to Make My Own Family Chicken Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingrediants,very well
  2. Stir in chicken chunks
  3. NOTE:I also roast chicken breasts with olive oil and salt and pepper,then remove skin and bones,and cut into chunks when i have time.
  4. Serve over tomato halves or with grape tomatoes.
  5. DELICIOUS!
