1avocado, peeled and sliced

How to Make Mexican Chicken Salad
- Toss all ingredients except avocado, lettuce and paprika.
- When well mixed refrigerate, 30 minutes.
- Serve on lettuce leaves with avocado wedges.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
