Ingredients
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- SALAD
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups chopped red leaf lettuce
- 1 large head iceberg lettuce chopped
- 1 can mandarin oranges drained
- 1 cup rice noodles
- 1 cup roasted almonds - sliced
How To Make mandarin chicken salad

Step 1Combine all dressing ingredients except sesame seeds and oil in a blender

Step 2Blend on high speed

Step 3While blending, slowly add vegetable oil

Step 4Add sesame seeds and blend 2-3 seconds

Step 5Pour dressing into a covered container and refrigerate until needed

Step 6Rub each chicken breast with oil then grill over medium flame until cooked

Step 7Dice cooked chicken and chill

Step 8Layer lettuces, chicken, oranges, rice noodles and almonds

Step 9Serve with dressing
