1 tspsesame oil

1/4 tspground mustard

1/4 tspground ginger

1/8 tspsalt

1/8 tsppaprika

1 dashgarlic powder

1 dashblack pepper

1/2 cvegetable oil
-
1/2 tspsesame seeds
- SALAD

4boneless skinless chicken breasts
-
vegetable oil
-
salt and pepper to taste

4 cchopped red leaf lettuce

1 lghead iceberg lettuce chopped

1 canmandarin oranges drained
-
1 crice noodles
-
1 croasted almonds - sliced
How To Make mandarin chicken salad

1Combine all dressing ingredients except sesame seeds and oil in a blender

2Blend on high speed
-
3While blending, slowly add vegetable oil
-
4Add sesame seeds and blend 2-3 seconds

5Pour dressing into a covered container and refrigerate until needed

6Rub each chicken breast with oil then grill over medium flame until cooked
-
7Dice cooked chicken and chill

8Layer lettuces, chicken, oranges, rice noodles and almonds
-
9Serve with dressing
