- 4 medium chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
- 6 ounces mayonnaise
- 208 grams red grapes
- 166 grams celery
- 78 grams red onion
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- To taste - garlic salt
- To taste - black pepper
How To Make loki’s curried chicken salad

Step 1Season with garlic salt and steam or microwave the chicken thighs.

Step 2Chop onion, celery, and cut grapes in half. When chicken is done through chop it.

Step 3Mix the chopped ingredients in a bowl with the mayonnaise and curry powder. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste.
