    chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
  • 6 oz
    mayonnaise
  • 208 g
    red grapes
  • 166 g
    celery
  • 78 g
    red onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    curry powder
  • To taste
    garlic salt
  • To taste
    black pepper

How To Make loki’s curried chicken salad

    Season with garlic salt and steam or microwave the chicken thighs.

    Chop onion, celery, and cut grapes in half. When chicken is done through chop it.

    Mix the chopped ingredients in a bowl with the mayonnaise and curry powder. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste.
