Ingredients

  • 4 medium chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
  • 6 ounces mayonnaise
  • 208 grams red grapes
  • 166 grams celery
  • 78 grams red onion
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • To taste - garlic salt
  • To taste - black pepper

How To Make loki’s curried chicken salad

  • Step 1
    Season with garlic salt and steam or microwave the chicken thighs.
  • Step 2
    Chop onion, celery, and cut grapes in half. When chicken is done through chop it.
  • Step 3
    Mix the chopped ingredients in a bowl with the mayonnaise and curry powder. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 4
    Recipe makes about 5 cups. Serve over lettuce or in a sandwich.
