loaded tasty pea salad
I wanted to do more than just a pea salad. I added chicken, bacon, and cheese, to make it more of a dinner. We both loved it. Hubby says to make it again.

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt with parsley
- 1/2 medium red onion, minced
- 2 bags frozen peas, thawed (10 oz each)
- 1/2 medium any color bell pepper, diced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese
- 4 large eggs, hard boiled and cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 dashes cayenne pepper
How To Make loaded tasty pea salad

Step 1In a large resealable bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and garlic salt with parsley. Whisk until blended; set aside.

Step 2Add the onion, peas, bell pepper, and celery and stir. Add diced chicken and the cheese and stir until well blended.

Step 3Let chill for two hours before serving. Top with hard boiled egg pieces and cayenne pepper.
