lisa's chicken salad
I don't like a lot of mayo, but you can add as much as you like. Be creative and add grapes, water chestnuts, red onion. Just add what you like.

Ingredients
- 2 cans chunk chicken breast-drained (12.5 oz.)
- 1 large apple chopped (i use jonagold)
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 1/2-1 cup your favorite mayonnaise (or as much as you like)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Step 1Mix all the ingredients well, add as much or as little Mayo, salt, pepper and any seasoning you like. Store in fridge. Serve on bread or with crackers.
