How to Make Keith's Favorite Chicken Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Rub Chicken breasts with olive oil. Season to taste with season salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika. Bake in oven approx 20-25, or until done, at 350 degrees. This can be done ahead of time to give chicken time to cool before handling it.
  2. Cube or shred chicken.
  3. In medium size bowl, mix chicken, mayonnaise, grapes, egg whites, and walnuts. Top with french fried onions. (The amount of french fried onions you use is totally up to you.)
  4. Enjoy!
