Italian Chicken Salad
2chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 Tbspitalian seasoning
1 Tbspgarlic salt
1/2 tspblack pepper
3 stalk(s)celery, diced small
1 mediumsweet onion, diced small
3/4-1 chellmans mayo
How to Make Italian Chicken Salad
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Pound out thick part of chicken to same thickness as the smaller end for even cooking.
- Season both sides of chicken . Put in a foil lined baking dish & bake for 25-30 minutes until done. Allow to cool, before cutting into small cubes.
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate until well chilled. Serve your favorite way. Enjoy!
