Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked chicken or grilled chicken
- 8 ounces can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 ounces jar diced pimiento peppers, drained
- 1/4 cup mango chutney
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- - salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh italian parsley, minced
How To Make hawaiian chicken salad

Step 1Chop chicken into chunks. I use leftover smoked or grilled chicken from the barbecue, but rotisserie is also fine.

Step 2Stir chicken up with the rest of the ingredients and serve.
