easy, simple, delicious chicken salad
This is a very simple but delicious chicken salad. It is sort of a clone of one that The Fresh Market makes. The first time I had it I made a Chicken Salad sandwich on Croissants. I enjoyed it so much, I decided to dissect the ingredients and make it myself. You can make it with a roasted chicken that you buy prepared at your local grocery store –or you can use chicken breasts and cook them yourself. I will give preparation instructions for both ways. I have heard that The Fresh Market makes theirs from rotisserie chickens. Both ways are good and easy! Enjoy!!
