Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup major gray's chutney
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 can (13.25 oz) pineapple chunks or tidbits,, drained
- 1 cup celery, sliced diagonally
- 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup blanched sliced almonds, toasted
How To Make curried chicken salad

Step 1In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, chutney, curry, lime peel and juice, and salt.

Step 2NOTE: If there are fruit chunks in the chutney, slice them as thinly as possible.

Step 3Blend well, and then gently fold in the remaining ingredients. Chill 4-6 hours or overnight.

Step 4Note: If preparing the night before, be sure to toss again before serving - as all the juices will have settled to the bottom.

Step 5Serve atop salad greens. But this is also great in a croissant or brioche sandwich.
