I got this recipe from a friend at church many years ago. I really do love the combination of textures and of course the taste is also great! The amount of servings depends on if it's served as a side dish or a main dish.

  • 32 oz
    frozen sweet peas
  • 8 oz
    grated cheese
  • 3 medium
    sized sweet pickles coarsley chopped
  • 6
    hard boiled eggs
  • 1
    small can chopped olives
  • 2 - 5 oz can(s)
    cooked flaked chicken
  • 1
    small jar pimiento chopped
  • 4
    green onions chopped
  • 1 bottle
    kraft creamy cucumber salad dressing (if creamy cucumber isn't available try cole slaw dressing)
  • 1 large can(s)
    chinese noodles

How to Make Chinese Salad


  1. Mix all ingredients together except noodles in a big bowl and chill.
  2. When ready to serve add Chinese Noodles and toss, serve right away.
