I got this recipe from a friend at church many years ago. I really do love the combination of textures and of course the taste is also great! The amount of servings depends on if it's served as a side dish or a main dish.

Ingredients
- 32 ounces frozen sweet peas
- 8 ounces grated cheese
- 3 medium sized sweet pickles coarsley chopped
- 6 - hard boiled eggs
- 1 - small can chopped olives
- 2 - 5 oz cans cooked flaked chicken
- 1 - small jar pimiento chopped
- 4 - green onions chopped
- 1 bottle kraft creamy cucumber salad dressing (if creamy cucumber isn't available try cole slaw dressing)
- 1 large can chinese noodles
How To Make chinese salad

Step 1Mix all ingredients together except noodles in a big bowl and chill.

Step 2When ready to serve add Chinese Noodles and toss, serve right away.
