I got this recipe from a friend at church many years ago. I really do love the combination of textures and of course the taste is also great! The amount of servings depends on if it's served as a side dish or a main dish.

Ingredients

  • 32 ounces frozen sweet peas
  • 8 ounces grated cheese
  • 3 medium sized sweet pickles coarsley chopped
  • 6 - hard boiled eggs
  • 1 - small can chopped olives
  • 2 - 5 oz cans cooked flaked chicken
  • 1 - small jar pimiento chopped
  • 4 - green onions chopped
  • 1 bottle kraft creamy cucumber salad dressing (if creamy cucumber isn't available try cole slaw dressing)
  • 1 large can chinese noodles

How To Make chinese salad

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together except noodles in a big bowl and chill.
  • Step 2
    When ready to serve add Chinese Noodles and toss, serve right away.
