Ingredients

- - 3 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- - 2 tbsp. sugar
- - 1 tsp. sesame oil
- - 1 tsp. salt
- - 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
- - 8 oz. cooked chicken breast, shredded, about 3 chicken breasts
- - shredded lettuce
- - 2 oz. chow mein noodle
- - 3 green onions, chopped
- - 2 tbsp, chopped almonds, toasted
- - 1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
How To Make chinese chicken salad

Step 1Whisk olive oil, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Toss the chicken, lettuce and olive oil mixture in a salad bowl until coated. Add noodles, green onions, almonds and sesame seeds and mix well. Serve at once. Serves 2
