8 oz. cooked chicken breast, shredded, about 3 chicken breasts
2 oz. chow mein noodle
3 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp, chopped almonds, toasted
1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
How To Make chinese chicken salad
Whisk olive oil, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Toss the chicken, lettuce and olive oil mixture in a salad bowl until coated. Add noodles, green onions, almonds and sesame seeds and mix well. Serve at once. Serves 2
