Ingredients
- DRESSING
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup avocado oil or other neutral oil
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- salt and pepper, to taste
- SALAD
- 1 large head romaine lettuce, shredded
- 2 cups shredded Napa cabbage
- 1/2 pound snow peas, julienned
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 cup wonton strips
How To Make chinese chicken salad

Step 1To make the dressing, add the soy sauce, lemon juice, vinegar and mustard to a small bowl. Whisk to combine. While continuing to whisk, slowly stream in the sesame oil and avocado oil. Add sugar and whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Step 2To make the salad, add romaine, cabbage, snow peas, green onions, radishes, and cilantro to a large bowl and toss.

Step 3Add the chicken to the bowl. Give the dressing a quick whisk, then add to the bowl. Toss to coat all ingredients.

Step 4When ready to serve, add the toasted almonds, sesame seeds, and won ton strips. Toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
