Ingredients

  • 2 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 3 tablespoons toasted almond slivers
  • 1 - cabbage head, thinly sliced
  • 5 - green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 packages top ramen noodles, uncooked, unseasoned
  • DRESSING
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 tablespoons *nakano apple cider vinegar* (key)

How To Make chinese chicken (cabbage) salad

  • Step 1
    Mix all salad ingredients in large salad bowl.
  • Step 2
    Blend dressing ingredients together. Stir well to mix in sugar and salt.
  • Step 3
    Pour over salad and marinate for a couple hours. Mix well. Enjoy!
