Serving ideas: Blossom a tomatoe and place a scoop of chicken salad and serve with your favorite crackers.

  • 4 c
    cooked, skinned and deboned chicken breast
  • 1/2 c
    light mayo
  • 1/2 c
    light ranch dressing
  • 3/4 tsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 c
    roasted walnut pieces

How to Make Chicken Walnut Salad


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place walnut pieces on baking sheet ad bake for 4 minutes.
  2. Cube chicken into 1/2 inch pieces. Place in a mixing bowl. Add mayo, ranch and seasoning.( You can alter amount of mayo, ranch and seasoning to your taste.)
  3. After walnuts are comletely cool, stir into to salad mixture. Enjoy!
