- 6 ounces cooked chicken strips
- 1/3 cup thai peanut sauce
- 1/2 bag mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup carrots, julienne
- 1/3 cup cilantro, fresh, chopped
How To Make chicken satay salad for two

Step 1In microwave bowl, mix chicken and sauce. Cover and microwave 1 - 2 minutes, (depending on your oven) until hot.

Step 2Divide salad and carrots onto serving dishes.

Step 3Top with chicken and cilantro.
