Ingredients

3chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1/2 cchicken broth
-
1 1/2 csour cream

1 1/2 cmayonnaise

1juice from 1 lemon

1 Tbspdijon mustard

1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tsponion salt
-
1 jar(s)wickles brand relish
-
1 to 2 lbfresh green seedless grapes - optional
-
1 to 2 cchopped pecans - optional
How to Make Chicken Salad with a Zing
- Cook (boil) chicken breasts, and shred the meat, reserving ½ cup chicken broth.
Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream in a large mixing bowl.
Mix in the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion salt.
Mix in the chicken and broth (if you prefer, you can use hand mixer to shred chicken more and blend it more finely into the mixture).
Mix in the Wickles.
(Optional) Mix in grapes and pecans.
Allow the mixture to refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (it will thicken as it stands in the frig).
Serves a ton of folks! Serve on its own or with any type of crackers you like - my personal favorite is the Keebler Bistro Mutigrain.
