I made this for a wonen's club luncheon. They all raved!

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 - skinless chicken breast halves, cooked and cut into chunks.
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup slivered almonds, lightly toasted
  • 2 cups whole, seedless grapes
  • 2 to 3 cups diced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup hellman's mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

How To Make chicken salad supreme

  • Step 1
    Combine chicken with almonds, grapes, and vegetables. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice; pour over chicken mixture and toss lightly. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving. Serves 12.
