- 1/2 cup light salad dressing
- 3 1/2 cups cooked chicken,finely diced
- 1/2 cup celery,finely diced
- 1/2 cup raisins or grapes(grape cut in two)
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- - lettuce leaves
- 12 - mini dinner rolls, split
How To Make chicken salad sandwiches

Step 1Combine lemon juice, salad dressing, in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients except lettuce and rolls.

Step 2Place lettuce on bottom halves of rolls; top with chicken mixture and top halves of rolls. Makes 12 mini sandwiches
