Ingredients
- 3 - 4 ounces left over or can chicken
- 2 - 4 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 1 medium seedless cucumber cut up
- 4 - 5 ounces of cauliflower chop in bite size pieces
- 2 to 3 tablespoons ranch dressing (can use mayo if you prefer)
How To Make chicken salad

Step 1Cut or break apart the chicken and put in a bowl mix in the rest of the ingredients and chill for a ½ hour.
