Ingredients

  • ·
    boar's head classic golden roast deli chicken
  • ·
    hellmann's mayo
  • ·
    buttermilk salad dressing. (bottled)
  • ·
    purple grapes, sliced
  • ·
    yellow peppers
  • ·
    green onions

How to Make Chicken Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. The quantities of each of the ingredients are to your liking.
  2. Have the deli slice the chicken very thin. Then chop it some more at home. Until it is fine.
  3. Add Mayo until a good consistency.
  4. Then, add a little buttermilk dressing, halved grapes and finely chopped peppers and onions.
  5. Enjoy plain or on crackers!
