    boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 c
    celery chopped
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, in pieces
  • 1/2 c
    diced onions
  • 2
    apples chopped
  • 3
    hard boiled eggs
  • 2 1/2 c
  • 2 Tbsp

How to Make Chicken Salad


  1. Boil your boneless chicken breast for about 35 minutes. Let it cool. Then add all the other ingredients to it. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Eat on bread or with cracker if you wish.
