I love this chicken salad recipe. I hope you will, too. 1 pound of whole chicken equals 2 cups chopped chicken. Feel free to adjust the sugar if you want.

- 2 cups chopped chicken
- 2 heaping tablespoons chopped celery
- 2 heaping tablespoons chopped onions
- 2 heaping tablespoons craisins
- 2 heaping tablespoons chopped walnuts
- salt and pepper, to taste
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup helmanns mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
