I love this chicken salad recipe. I hope you will, too. 1 pound of whole chicken equals 2 cups chopped chicken. Feel free to adjust the sugar if you want.

Ingredients For chicken salad

  • 2 c
    chopped chicken
  • 2 heaping Tbsp
    chopped celery
  • 2 heaping Tbsp
    chopped onions
  • 2 heaping Tbsp
    craisins
  • 2 heaping Tbsp
    chopped walnuts
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • DRESSING
  • 1/2 c
    helmanns mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar

How To Make chicken salad

  • 1
    Place all ingredients (except Dressing ingredients) into a medium bowl. Mix.

    Place dressing ingredients into a small bowl. Mix

    Pour dressing over chicken mixture. Mix well. Chill
