Ingredients

  • 5 - chicken breasts (on bone) (boneless you need 10 or more breasts
  • 1 - onion, diced
  • 5 stalks celery, diced (i omit)
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 cups white grapes, quartered
  • - miracle whip

How To Make chicken salad, theresa's

  • Step 1
    Boil chicken. remove skin and bones. Cut into chunks. Add grapes, onion, almonds and enough miracle whip to coat. Season to taste.
  • Step 2
    NOTE: I used purple grapes, a small package of almonds was more than 1/2 cup, and more onion. I also added some minced garlic and seasoned with a little dill, accent and pepper. I also did not add celery since I don't particularly like it.
