Ingredients
- 3 cans canned chicken, light and dark meat
- 8 ounces onion and chive cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 - bunch green onions
How To Make chicken salad

Step 1Open and drain chicken. Then shred chicken in a bowl.

Step 2Chop green onion and water chestnuts then add to bowl. Add onion and chive cream cheese and mayo to bowl and blend well.

Step 3Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for an hour and serve on mini croissants.
