Ingredients

  • 3 cans canned chicken, light and dark meat
  • 8 ounces onion and chive cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 - bunch green onions

How To Make chicken salad

  • Step 1
    Open and drain chicken. Then shred chicken in a bowl.
  • Step 2
    Chop green onion and water chestnuts then add to bowl. Add onion and chive cream cheese and mayo to bowl and blend well.
  • Step 3
    Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for an hour and serve on mini croissants.
