canned chicken, light and dark meat
8 oz
onion and chive cream cheese
1/4 c
mayonnaise
1 can(s)
water chestnuts

bunch green onions

How to Make CHICKEN SALAD

Step-by-Step

  • 1Open and drain chicken. Then shred chicken in a bowl.
  • 2Chop green onion and water chestnuts then add to bowl. Add onion and chive cream cheese and mayo to bowl and blend well.
  • 3Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for an hour and serve on mini croissants.
