very refreshing and different from a regular chicken salad that is laden with Mayo, the fruit really gives it great flavor and the nuts give it a crunch.

Ingredients
- 6 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped or in a food processor
- 2/3 cup chopped dried cranberries
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 8 oz - cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz cans crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
- 1 cup white grapes, sliced
- - salt and pepper to tast
How To Make chicken salad

Step 1mix all ingredients together, chill and serve over lettuce.

Step 2I used 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. and have made it with red seedless grapes also. choose what you love and make it your own.
