- 3 cans canned chicken (light and dark meat)
- 8 ounces chive and onion cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 bunch greeen onions
How To Make chicken salad

Step 1Open and drain canned chicken. Then shred the chicken in a bowl.

Step 2chop green onions and water chestnuts and add then to the bowl.

Step 3Add onion and chive cream cheese and mayonnaise to bowl and blend well.

Step 4Salt and pepper to taste. Put bowl in fridge to chill for an hour.

Step 5Serve on mini croissants and enjoy!
