water chestnuts
1 bunch
greeen onions

How to Make Chicken Salad


  • 1Open and drain canned chicken. Then shred the chicken in a bowl.
  • 2chop green onions and water chestnuts and add then to the bowl.
  • 3Add onion and chive cream cheese and mayonnaise to bowl and blend well.
  • 4Salt and pepper to taste. Put bowl in fridge to chill for an hour.
  • 5Serve on mini croissants and enjoy!
