Ingredients

  • 3 cans canned chicken (light and dark meat)
  • 8 ounces chive and onion cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonaise
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 bunch greeen onions

How To Make chicken salad

  • Step 1
    Open and drain canned chicken. Then shred the chicken in a bowl.
  • Step 2
    chop green onions and water chestnuts and add then to the bowl.
  • Step 3
    Add onion and chive cream cheese and mayonnaise to bowl and blend well.
  • Step 4
    Salt and pepper to taste. Put bowl in fridge to chill for an hour.
  • Step 5
    Serve on mini croissants and enjoy!
