    canned chicken (light and dark meat)
  • 8 oz
    chive and onion cream cheese
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 can(s)
    water chestnuts
  • 1 bunch
    greeen onions

How to Make Chicken Salad


  1. Open and drain canned chicken. Then shred the chicken in a bowl.
  2. chop green onions and water chestnuts and add then to the bowl.
  3. Add onion and chive cream cheese and mayonnaise to bowl and blend well.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste. Put bowl in fridge to chill for an hour.
  5. Serve on mini croissants and enjoy!
