a friend of mine gave me this recipe for chicken salad this one is super

  • 3 lb
    chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 1 medium
    onions, vidalia, peeled, and finely chopped
  • 2
    celery ribs, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    old bay seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
    yogurt, plain

How to Make Chicken Salad


  1. cook chicken breast until it tears apart. cool chicken enough to handle to chop in chunks, add celery and onion.add garlic powder, salt, pepper, and old bay seasoning.
  2. mix together mayonnaise and yogurt. add to chicken mixture and mix well. to serve, use one of the following suggestions:1 serve warm with toast, muffins or just plain bread.
  3. cool in refrigerator and serve on a bed of salad greens wit tomato wedges.
  4. serv as a tomato stuffer.
