Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1 medium onions, vidalia, peeled, and finely chopped
- 2 - celery ribs, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon old bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup yogurt, plain
How To Make chicken salad

Step 1cook chicken breast until it tears apart. cool chicken enough to handle to chop in chunks, add celery and onion.add garlic powder, salt, pepper, and old bay seasoning.

Step 2mix together mayonnaise and yogurt. add to chicken mixture and mix well. to serve, use one of the following suggestions:1 serve warm with toast, muffins or just plain bread.

Step 3cool in refrigerator and serve on a bed of salad greens wit tomato wedges.

Step 4serv as a tomato stuffer.
