I love a good salad. I am always experimenting with different ingredients. Here's one of my favorites!!!

Ingredients

  • 1-2 pkg
    mixed greens (i love baby field greens)
  • 4
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts grilled and chopped. (i season mine with montreal steak seasoning before grilling)
  • 1/2 c
    craisins
  • 8 oz
    crumbled bleu cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sliced almonds or walnut pieces
  • 1/2
    red onion, sliced thin
  • 1 bottle
    champagne vinegar dressing (i am a huge fan of girard's)

How to Make Bright and Bleu Chicken Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Top with dressing to your liking. Don't use the whole bottle. :)
