An original recipe creation. I have always loved chicken salads,so I added a little twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 - chicken breast
  • 1 clove - garlic
  • To taste - salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup - mayonnaise
  • 2 slices - bacon
  • 1/3 cup - shredded cheese
  • 1/2 teaspo - onion powder
  • To taste - rotisserie seasoning

How To Make bacon cheddar chicken salad

  • Step 1
    Fill pot with water to cover chicken breast. Chop garlic clove and add to the pot with chicken add salt and pepper. Cook until tender.
  • Step 2
    Remove and shred with fork and knife,then cool in freezer for 10 minutes while you cook the bacon.
  • Step 3
    Remove chicken from freezer( or fridge) add mayo,shredded cheese,onion powder,rotisserie seasoning. Mix well. Take cooked bacon and crumble then mix in. Chill and serve with crackers,rolls,or on a sandwich. Tip for alternative version omit rotisserie seasoning and add 1/2 packet if ranch seasoning for a Bacon Cheddar Ranch Chicken Salad.
