Bacon Cheddar Chicken Salad
To tastesalt and pepper
1/3 cupshredded cheese
1/2 teaspoonion powder
To tasterotisserie seasoning
How to Make Bacon Cheddar Chicken Salad
- Fill pot with water to cover chicken breast. Chop garlic clove and add to the pot with chicken add salt and pepper. Cook until tender.
- Remove and shred with fork and knife,then cool in freezer for 10 minutes while you cook the bacon.
- Remove chicken from freezer( or fridge) add mayo,shredded cheese,onion powder,rotisserie seasoning. Mix well.
Take cooked bacon and crumble then mix in.
Chill and serve with crackers,rolls,or on a sandwich.
Tip for alternative version omit rotisserie seasoning and add 1/2 packet if ranch seasoning for a Bacon Cheddar Ranch Chicken Salad.
