Ingredients

  • 4 - cooked skinless boneless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
  • 1 1/2 cups snow peas
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 5 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 5/8 teaspoon salt
  • 5/8 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 - (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained

How To Make asian chicken salad

  • Step 1
    Combine chicken, bean sprouts, peas and onions.
  • Step 2
    Make dressing using oil, soy sauce, ginger, salt and sugar.
  • Step 3
    Add to chicken mixture.
  • Step 4
    Add celery and water chestnuts and mix well.
  • Step 5
    Serve chilled.
