    cooked skinless boneless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 1/2 c
    bean sprouts
  • 1 1/2 c
    snow peas
  • 1/4 c
    chopped green onion
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 5 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 5/8 tsp
  • 5/8 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    chopped celery
  • 1
    (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained

How to Make Asian Chicken Salad


  1. Combine chicken, bean sprouts, peas and onions.
  2. Make dressing using oil, soy sauce, ginger, salt and sugar.
  3. Add to chicken mixture.
  4. Add celery and water chestnuts and mix well.
  5. Serve chilled.
