    cooked, shredded, chicken meat
  • 1 pkg
    8-ounce coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 small
    red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 Tbsp
    minced cilantro
  • 3/4 c
    prepared asian salad dressing
  • 1/2 c
    crispy chow mein noodles or chopped salted, roasted peanuts
  • 4
    whole sprigs cilantro

How to Make Asian Chicken Cole Slaw


  1. Combine chicken, coleslaw mix, onion, and cilantro in medium bowl. Add dressing and toss well. Divide among 4 plates and top each salad with 2 tbsp crispy noodles or peanuts. Garnish each plate with sprig of cilantro and serve.
