Ingredients
- 1/4 cup almonds, whole
- 1 cup chicken breast, sliced, cooked, skinless, cooked without salt
- 1/2 cup dried apricot quarters
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 - whole-wheat pitas
How To Make almond, chicken and dried apricot salad

Step 1Preheat the oven to 300*F. Place almonds on baking sheet for 7-8 minutes, or until roasted. Let almonds cool.

Step 2In a bowl, mix almonds and remaining ingredients. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken salad into each whole-wheat pita half. May be served on mixed greens.
