Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasonings
  • 1
    med. head lettuce, shredded
  • 2
    tomatoes seeded and chopped
  • 1
    bottle catalina dressing
  • 4-5 c
    corn chips, crushed
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make TACO SALAD

Step-by-Step

  1. In skillet brown ground beef. Drain well. Stir in taco seasoning. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, dressing, corn chips and cheese in a large serving bowl. Toss well to mix. Makes 6-8 servings.
