Summer is coming and this is a great side salad with a burger!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • bunch broccoli
  • bunch cauliflower
  • - radishes, sliced
  • - mexican or cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 bottle catalina dressing
  • 1 package tortilla chips

How To Make taco salad

  • Step 1
    Cook hamburger and Taco Season as directed. Drain and let cool.
  • Step 2
    Then add in any veggie you like....I like to dice up Broccoli, Cauliflower & Radishes into small bit size pieces.
  • Step 3
    Add in Mexican or Cheddar Cheese and Catalina Dressing and refrigerate until ready to eat.
  • Step 4
    You can either add crushed tortilla chips in just before serving or I like to put them on the side for people to add themselves to prevent them from getting soggy!
  • Step 5
    NOTE: on the veggies....add as many or as little veggies as you like.
