taco salad
Our family always has Taco Salad after church on Christmas Eve. Everyone makes their own salad. If using a whole pound of ground beef, you can use one of those packets of Taco Seasoning - either hot or regular. Otherwise, the proportion is 1 tablespoon taco seasoning per quarter pound of ground meat. I have substituted ground turkey for the ground beef.
