Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 2
    tomatoes, chopped fine
  • 1/2
    of a head of lettuce, chopped
  • 1 pkg
    low-fat shredded cheese
  • 1/3 c
    sweet salad dressing (such as vidalia, french, or catalina dressing)
  • 1 small
    can of drained black, sliced olives, optional

How to Make TACO SALAD

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook ground beef until browned and add taco seasoning and water, cook another 10 minutes and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, add 2 tomatoes, chopped fine the lettuce, the shredded cheese and the sweet salad dressing.
  3. Mix all together and serve. Add sliced olives on the top for a garnish if desired.
