Ingredients For roast beef salad

4 csalad greens
-
1/4 cvinegar
-
1/3 coil
-
1/2 cteriyaki sauce
- MARINADE INGREDIENTS

1/2 cgreen onions, diced

1 ccelery rib, sliced
-
1 cfresh mushrooms, sliced

1green bell pepper, sliced
-
2tomato, wedges
-
3 cbeef roast, rare and cut in strips

1/2 tspground ginger
How To Make roast beef salad

1Combine the marinade ingredients and mix well.

2Pour over beef, tomatoes, green pepper, mushrooms, celery and onions.

3Refrigerate for 3 - 4 hours (a plastic bag works well for this).

4Place 4 cups of salad greens into a bowl.

5Drain excess marinade off vegetable and beef mixture, save for later.

6Arrange the beef and vegetables on the greens.

7Toss just before serving.

8Add extra vegetables or bean sprouts if you wish.

9Serve with the extra marinade for dressing.
