Ingredients
- 4 cups salad greens
- 3 cups beef roast, rare and cut in strips
- 2 - tomato, wedges
- 1 - green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup celery rib, sliced
- 1/2 cup green onions, diced
- MARINADE INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
How To Make roast beef salad

Step 1Combine the marinade ingredients and mix well.

Step 2Pour over beef, tomatoes, green pepper, mushrooms, celery and onions.

Step 3Refrigerate for 3 - 4 hours (a plastic bag works well for this).

Step 4Place 4 cups of salad greens into a bowl.

Step 5Drain excess marinade off vegetable and beef mixture, save for later.

Step 6Arrange the beef and vegetables on the greens.

Step 7Toss just before serving.

Step 8Add extra vegetables or bean sprouts if you wish.

Step 9Serve with the extra marinade for dressing.
