After eating prime rib for three days, there was one big slice left. I make salad out of leftover chicken turkey and ham, so I figured, why not beef.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced steak, trimmed of all fat
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced celery
  • 2 tablespoons diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons smoked horseradish sauce or horseradish
  • 1/3 cup mayonaisse
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make red, white and blue steak salad

  • Step 1
    Mix mayonaisse and horseradish sauce. Add all other ingredients and mix until well blended.
  • Step 2
    Other add-ins could include diced pickles, bacon, tomatoes or whatever else would appeal to you.
