red, white and blue steak salad
After eating prime rib for three days, there was one big slice left. I make salad out of leftover chicken turkey and ham, so I figured, why not beef.

Ingredients
- 1 cup diced steak, trimmed of all fat
- 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons finely diced celery
- 2 tablespoons diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons smoked horseradish sauce or horseradish
- 1/3 cup mayonaisse
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 1Mix mayonaisse and horseradish sauce. Add all other ingredients and mix until well blended.
