This recipe was on the package of Hillshire sausage I used to buy.I can no longer find the same sausage so I use any good smoked sausage. It's a filling salad and very good. I,of course add a clove or two of crushed garlic to the dressing.

Ingredients
- - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- - 1/2 c lemon juice
- - 1 t. sugar
- - 1 t. dry mustard
- - 1 t. worcesteshire sauce
- - 1/4 t salt
- - 1/4 t pepper
- - 2 c thinly sliced mushrooms
- - 1 c sliced olives
- - 2 tablespoons parsley,minced
- - 2 tablespoons green onions,minced
- - 1/2 lb smoked sausage,coarsely chopped
- - 1 head iceberg lettuce,shredded
How To Make patio salad

Step 1Combine oil,juice,sugar,mustard,worcestershire sauce,salt and pepper. Add to remaining ingredients except lettuce. Chill several hours. Serve over lettuce.
