mesclun black and blue salad
My favorite farmers' market vendor had his version of mesclun for sale - a mixture of spring lettuces, mustard, and arugula. Added the rest of the stuff that was on hand. Rather than making vinaigrette from scratch, I just used lite Italian dressing. Suit yourself!

How To Make mesclun black and blue salad

1Divide the greens between two plates. Scatter half the steak, cheese, avocado, radishes, and shallots on the greens.
