Ingredients

  • - 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • - 1/4 cup water
  • - 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • - 2 tsp. sugar
  • - 1/4 tsp. dill weed
  • - 1/2 tsp. salt
  • - dash white pepper
  • - 3 cups julienne cut cold roast beef
  • - 1 small onion, thinly slice
  • - 8 cups torn salad greens
  • - 1 cup sour cream

How To Make beef salad

  • Step 1
    Simmer vinegar, water, lemon juice, sugar dill week, salt and white pepper together 10 to 15 minutes. Cool and toss with beef and onion. Chill.
  • Step 2
    Drain, reserving marinade Put greens in bowl. Top with beef and onion. Mix sour cream with reserved marinade. Toss with greens and beef. Serves 6 to 8 My Old Recipes
