Ingredients
- - 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- - 1/4 cup water
- - 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- - 2 tsp. sugar
- - 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- - 1/2 tsp. salt
- - dash white pepper
- - 3 cups julienne cut cold roast beef
- - 1 small onion, thinly slice
- - 8 cups torn salad greens
- - 1 cup sour cream
How To Make beef salad

Step 1Simmer vinegar, water, lemon juice, sugar dill week, salt and white pepper together 10 to 15 minutes. Cool and toss with beef and onion. Chill.

Step 2Drain, reserving marinade Put greens in bowl. Top with beef and onion. Mix sour cream with reserved marinade. Toss with greens and beef. Serves 6 to 8 My Old Recipes
