INGREDIENTS

6 small mason jars
•
6-8 pieces graham crackers, broken into irregular pieces
•
Ganache
•
Marshmallow meringue Ganache
•
12 oz bittersweet chocolate
•
1 ¼ cup heavy cream
•
Place chocolate in a bowl.
•
In a small saucepan, bring cream to a boil. Pour hot cream, over chocolate.
•
Stir until smooth.
•
Allow to cool before using.
•
Marashmallow Meringue
•
2 egg whites
•
1 cup sugar
•
1/3 cup water
•
Pinch salt
•
Combine sugar, water and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently until sugar dissolves. Continue boiling, undisturbed until the sugar registers 240 F on the candy thermometer.
•
Begin beating the egg whites. In a slow stream, slowly pour in the boiling sugar syrup.
•
Continue beating until the frosting is thick and holds a peak.
