Ingredients
- - 1 14.5-oz. can green beans, cut
- - 1 14.5-oz. can yellow wax beans, cut
- - 1 14.5-oz. can kidney beans (undrained)
- - 1 lg. purple onion
- - 1 green pepper
- - 2 tbs. pimiento, cut up
- - 1/3 c. cider vinegar
- - 1/2 c. salad oil
- - 2/3 c. sugar
- - salt to taste
- - pepper to taste
How To Make russ's three bean salad

Step 1Drain beans. (except kidney beans). Cut up onion and green pepper. In a medium bowl, mix beans, onion, pimiento and green pepper. In a medium bowl, mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over bean mixture. Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
